Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.
Prepare Your Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is packed in its original box with all included accessories and manuals.
Secure Shipping
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our processing center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
